It’s only been a week since I found out I’m pregnant, but I’ve been nauseous (like hell) ever since. This is like an extended morning sickness! Help! My ob/gyn said I can eat ice cream whenever I feel nauseous. At first it helps, but now I’m getting sick of ice cream. Or maybe I just get tired of eating whenever a nausea hits me. I’m not used to ‘snacking’ every now and then, but now I always get hungry (or I should say my stomach growls uncomfortably). Ugh! And the most appalling thing is, I can’t really eat what I want (e.g. Indomie with cheese because it contains MSG, sushi because it’s raw and can contain salmonella, etc., etc.).
What should I do??? Help!!!
